Performance is going to be one of the issues the transition to electric power will face.
I personally would buy an electric were it a viable alternative; if it had what I was looking for in a vehicle - including performance-wise.
One a side note the Honda Insight (one of its new hybrids) is getting like 65 mpg! Electric power will certainly be a more cost-effective option. |
