No.
I vote that from here on out, no new immigrants will ever be eligible for any form of welfare.
That should take away the majority of the incentive that people even come here in the first place.
Let them go to Europe instead. They'll gladly raise taxes to 99% so that no one ever has to work over there.

This is almost a pointless question.
For those few illegals who actually want to work, this would be devastating.
As it was already said, the reason these people are even employed is that they will work for less than min. wage.
