Mind if I give it a poke. I was thinking about this after I heard about the CIA agent who was fired for leaking the information about the secret torture sites/prisons. The person may be prosecuted for disclosing something that needed to be disclosed to the American people. But, if you apply the law as written, what that person did was against the law. This is what nullification is actually all about, in my opinion. If I sat on that jury, I would use nullification in the same way it was used to protect Zenger.
