These quoting of numbers serves no purpose, you even contradict yourself. The homosexual community represents 4-7% of the population, depending on which statistic you choose,(that word again), to believe and therefore it stands to reason that more incidents of molestation on children will be perpetrated by the hetrosexual community. If you look at the numbers commiting the offences as a % of the population group, homo/hetro, the numbers are radically different. In fact, from the numerous studies I have read, across the globe, it is quite even with a slant towards the homosexual community of roughly 2-5%. Then you read a comment like the one above, that states that a man molesting a boy shouldnt be considered homosexual and you have to start all over again. If that is the basis for the figures, then they are now questionable at best, and one must then ask what they are attempting to hide
The much used argument of the gay community, that the figures clearly show that more incidents are performed by hetros, is a strawman at best
