...if a military commander messes up in a combat situation due to faulty judgement or error, especially if they mess up repeatedly, they're promptly relieved of their commands or transfered out of combat.
Given the, quote, "virtually unbroken series of mistakes and miscalculations", unquote, that has marked the conduct of our War in Iraq, at what point will those who designed this war be held accountable for the errors that have brought us to the point we are now?
