| If this would end the welfare state mentality, I would do it, but before I would agree I would want a guanantee that ALL laws would go back to Constitutional Limitations, and the correct interpretation identified as the original, using the words of the time, and the surrounding papers of all the writers and contributors. I would also say it would be a requirement to create a "dictionary"of all words used in the Constitution, according to the time it was written, and that all interpretations past that point MUST use those interpretations and those interpretations ONLY.
This is a buyout program for the socialists.
