We build fences, we draw lines on a map creating borders.
As far as illegal cultures go - Graffiti is more or less about marking territory. You bomb (the slang word for taggin - tagging = writing your name on a wall/train) where you live. That's kindof marking. When you've got your tag all over the town, you're "all city", etc etc.

I used to be into all that. I wouldn't say it's about territory, but fame. You're all city because of the fame your name gets from being everywhere.
