| Religious Justice
Should the Supreme Court rule that the justice department is un-consitutional? That might seem like an odd question but it has merit in my opinon.
For the court system is acting like a religious cult, telling us what is right or wrong and playing god in the determination of life and death. And as a population we have put our faith in the courts to set forth our brand of secular morality. So they are acting much like a church would do if some Pope was dictating to us what standards we must live by.
And the whole court system is rooted in old religious dogmas - simular to the 10 Commandments and ideas like 'an eye for an eye'. At least the courts are para-religious in how they operate. A "day in court" is simular to the biblical idea of "judgement day" as discribed in biblical passages.
If it acts like a horse, and looks like a horse, it is a horse. (as one might say using folk wisdom).
They even wear long robs like they used to do in biblical times.
And when in court we might have to beg for mercy like we would do if repenting before the Lord.
We must take off our hats and bow to thier "supreme-ness" and say "your highness, sir".
My point is that the consitution - as often interperted - demands a seperation between state and church - between government and religion. And so because the lower courts are simulating a religious cult they cannot be funded by our taxpayer's government nor housed in a governmental building. They must go "private" and be run by some sort of secular company. Because they are in violation of our consitution and our rights. The right not to be forced to worship any authority that claims to be the gods of what is right and wrong (good and evil).
Changing the name form church to the name courthouse is not fooling me. I can see through that illusion. But what do you think? Should the Supreme Court outlaw the justice system as being unconsitutional because of their religious bearings in appearence? |
