Well I am not going to punch no time clock card when I depart. However we do seem to have a built in bio time clock that regulates our growth, and then it seems to wind down after so many years of ticking away. We use time as our means of measuring age and so forth. But I do not think that random accidents that might kill someone "before his time is up" is regulated by anything or any One. Such concepts are used for the purpose of giving us peace of mind when we think death was unfair for someome.

It is all here and now but the question is - when we are not here now does time vanish for us? No point in answering that because it would just be a wild guess.
