Please note Quismo that this Hierarchy comes from the production of Human thought. That is to say that this is not a clearly laid out heirarchy, but rather a construct of human logic and thought. Please do not take this heirarcy as an actual fact. It is not meant to be an actual diagram or picture of heaven, but rather just a logical process to try and discover facts yet unrevealed.
Think of it this way: I know that through a process that their is a certain hierarchy of which we use to classify animals, but this does not mean that one animal higher on the chart goes around ordering all other animals around. And when an animal is placed in, it is not like they are placed in worse conditions than the other animals or treated differently, rather they are just subjected to a different environment.
Compare that to heaven.
