This will merely cause people to NOT be tested, this stupidity was supposedly settled 20 years ago. Leave it to the Christian Reich fanatics (who btw, are taking 1/3rd of Ryan White Funds in worthless "faith-based" programs with
ZERO qualifications in pandemics! To revive this big brother is watching your lab results.When they figure out folks stopped getting tested, it'll be about another doubling of cases TOO F*CKIN' LATE!
