Um, we're not the greatest nation in the world.
Using the criteria of modernization and industrialization, China's economy is moving ahead at a faster rate than the US, There are 20 countries in the world (or maybe more) that have better literacy rates than the US, There are 25-30 countries in the world with a better infant mortality rate than the US, the World Health Organization puts the US 35 down on a list of countries who have adequate and just health systems. So despite all the television sets we have, and all the cell phones we have, and all the SUV's we have, all the superficial pertinence, we are not the best. We certainly don't treat our old people and kids better than many other countries. We are doing more harm to other people in the world with our weaponry than any other nation in the world. We are an aggressive and arrogant Nation.
