We need more states to follow this lead. IT is the people DEMANDING smaller, more controllable government, minus the bureaucracy!
It only took 160 years, the regulation of every right enumerated in the Constitution, the perversion of the entire nations banking system, total change in corporate rules and rights, to set them off.......
What the hell.... better late than never I suppose. The only difference between this and the Free State Project are the fact the that the FSP doesn't want to seceed......YET. If Vermont does this, I am sure other states will follow suit in many ways, even if not as extreme.
Suddenly, I have a new affinity for Vermont.
If their secession is threatened by military means NOT to seceed, I will be travelling to Vermont to fight for their independence.
