| i've always found the cia worldbook to be better in terms of understanding economic disaparges than issues due to race/ethnicity/whatever.. in general, they aren't all that explanatory. sources like the un and foreign affairs tend to employ a lot more analysis than the cia'w worldbook. i'd love to look at the cia's real analysis, which is undoubtedly more analytical, but that's something off-limits for public viewing - especially since it would expose our national interests. |
