No, the closest thing I've seen would just be a general detachment or single mindedness but I can't call that mentally unstable or I'd have to throw myself in with him.
But there had been a couple prior rumors I'd heard as well about him taking medication for something like this and then with the indictments floating around, and the possibilities of some resignations, I was thinking maybe there was some truth to these articles (they were both recent). It doesn't seem likely the mainstream sources would cover something like this unless it was something difficult to avoid.
Well, it could very well be a rumor started by someone without much basis in fact. I guess if it's true we'll likely find out eventually. (I wanted to see if anyone else had heard something from other sources but it doesn't look like it so it's probably just part of the rumor mill)
