It refers to an encounter (read : destruction of Jerusalem) that took place, witnessed by Ezekiel.
That fact is written within the Bible. When I read the Bible for the first time, it turned my attention to a fact that Ezekiel described "God"s messengers (read : "Angels") as creatures that looked like Humans, while providng very specific and detailed informations on "Them". The way "They" looked, walked, dressed, act alike, ect.
Ezekiel was "intelligent" enough to distinguish God from "God"s messengers (read: "Angels").

According to the Bible, God has created the world we live-in. I believe that is a symbolic description.
I believe that God exists (within ourselves and physically aside), but Who or What is God, I can only speculate with more or less accurate answer, based on all the available informations.
I believe that "Others" have created us (Mankind).
Why ?
I do not know, but we have variety of physical and logical explanations in order to support such theory.
In my opinion, "Others" conducted a genetic experiment on the Solar System's 3-rd planet (that we call it today) Earth. The Bible gives no answers to other continents and races that inhabitted planet Earth. It provides us with an informatinon that God created Mankind (Homo Sappiens).

Going to Africa does neither change a person's DNA nor a race. It applies to all the continents. The only knnown methods to accomplish that task is : by mixing races or creating new ones.
Since genetics is not well-known and strong field for Mankind (as of today), the question remains :
- who, when and why has created Mankind ?

We have different races on different continents.
I think it was dones on a purpose, in order to observe, monitor and supervise particular race's eventual progress. Every single continent has its own specific environement. By taking away any technological means from every single race, that genetic experiment would give some answers (to "Creators") which race was making progress along with conditions and results.

Ezekiel's encounter with "God" is the answer, that "They" came back (a little later) and got rid of some "weeds". Since "They" had established Homo Sappiens then "They" had all the rights to manage "its product" the way "They" wished.

I also believe that "They" brought all the informations on God and passed that data to Mankind, and "They" were very careful and systematic with that subject (read : God).
"They" were not able to create "Themselves" (on "Their" own), either. Somebody or Something had to create "Them" as well.
Why had "They" brought all the informations on God ?
Logically, "They" had enough power to handle Mankind and/or control us without any "God" or Its knowledge. However, "They" decided to go with passing all the information on God to us.
I have no answer on : "why". I can only speculate on that subject.
"They" knew that very well, that "They" can not submit the data on God as a "fairy tales", since a progress is not being made on "baloney-theory". Otherwise we all end up becoming Collodi's "Pinocchio"s :-)))

Today, "They" come (along with other species) and monitor us, while making contacts in some occasions. Why "They" do not want to establish contacts ?
It seems that we differ to "Them", and not being taken as "friendly scpecies" any longer. Have we evolved that much from "its Origins" ? It most likely means : yes.
