You need a psychologist....a good one...however I will introduce a few fatal flaws into your argument

Have you ever tripped over? Did you intend to do it?
People intend to do things they don't understand everyday. Example
I intend to create a hypothetical teleportation system. Currently I don't understand how to do it but it does not stop me from trying to do so and eventually I may succeed through pure coincidence or luck.

The rest of your argument breaks down as it is based on these assumptions.
