I have a friend in Alabama who was fined because it was reported to authorities that he was having anal sex with his girlfriend. Apparently gays can do what they want, but sodomy laws don't allow voluntary anap penetration of a woman.

He has to pay $200. I told him to fight it to the supreme court, but he's got a lot of money and isn't confrontational, so he's paying it.


Does this not strike you as odd? I mean, I'm not into the whole anal sex idea (with either gender) but it seems ludicris that the government thinks it has the right to regulate activities between concenting adults, and archaeic that such a law is still on the books.

Of course I can't conceive why a woman would concent to anal sex anyway. I was told that it allows women to acheive multiple orgasm, but that dosen't make any sence given my understanding os sexual physiology... I mean men have a prostate to stimulate, but women have nothing in that region.
