I don't think it's prejudiced at all. The topic starter sounds very enlightened about the differentiation in Islamic radicalism and the problem mainstream Islam presents to western and secular society. I am all for the eradication of religion, but realistically, the backlash of attempting any kind of re-education (forget genocide!) would ultimately destroy any hope of forced secularization.
