So what you are saying, V., is that she has a better support network than you. She must be smarter or maybe the "Lord" is showing his favor for her. And, just like every big business on the face of the planet, she is working the system to her advantage. What she is doing is not illegal, so it must be moral. If you don't like it, don't expect any remedy from the courts, you better petition your congressman to pass a law that resinds the law that allows her to force your hand in this matter, because we can't have anyone legislating from the bench. Obviously, the majority of the people in your state believe this is how it should be...
