The upper class does account for the majority of the tax revenue.

Source, please. Bill Gates may account for most of our country's wealth, but he's still only one case
No whining about the fairness of the progressive income tax. If you're paying 30%, you can afford to. I don't know if I think there's a better way, but it'll suffice as far as I'm concerned.
