| It depends on a lot of factors. Likely, the tharapy will be availible in other countries before it is availible in the US. Even if everything went smoothly for the science, it will be about 5 years until safe, mass application processes will be developed, and another 2-3 years until the FDA approves the procedures. In some countries they are in phase 2 testing already, but the FDA normally requires the research to be redone.
Of course if bush has his way, we will just replace medical procudures with fail healings.
