Unless you arent posting anymore. Maybe PooeyPants Knows.
So in China I heard from a few people I know that in the hotels, they generally serve American food (i.e. pancakes eggs etc for breakfast) but in other parts the food is downright odd.
I am quite sure they are telling the truth, but in China, do they serve Chinese food as we know it here in the West? Or is it similar? Or is it completely different? I mean where did the "egg roll" originate? What about "Egg foo yung"? Or what about "moo goo gai pan"?
An aside question to Pooey would be Why is Chinese more expensive in the UK than it is in the US? Is it maybe because Indian in the UK is less expensive as it is in the US?
