will we vote for the icj, or any resolution putting pressure on israel? nope. bolton can certainly push for sanctions on iran and/or north korea, but i doubt any other countries will follow us down that familiar path. bolton has no mandate, at most he's just going to be this loud mouthed baffoon who people will just ignore. we'll see if he has the capacity to be a professional and a diplomat - if he does that maybe he can surprise us all. i doubt it, but never say never i guess. (definitely seems like a long shot though.) |
