The members of the revolutionary guard faced down America, who had sponsered a pretty nasty dictatorship and insisted that we turn that nasty dictator over to the Iranian people to be judged for the crimes that had been committed against the Iranian people. Agree with them or not, from the perspective of the Iranians, this is not something to be ashamed of, it is a point of honor.
