False again, the system work the same way a private insurance would do. Actually, you can have a privat insurance for medication in canada.It is not exactly socialized. Only, the governement offer an insurance service, as all private companies. And the price are lower here because we limits the cost by a law. Pharmacies still make their profit, but not as outrageous as in US. |
