The problem isn't that the Mexican people are escaping to the US, it's that the Mexican government is TELLING them to! This is how Vincente Fox is trying to improve Mexico, by shipping his poor and his criminals elsewhere, knowing that they'll send most of their money back into Mexico and improve the Mexican economy.
