Quote by: Starboy A secularist is one who is secular. Everyone no matter what their religion is at one time or another in their life secular. It like saying that one cannot take everything in a religious way every second of one's life. A secular government is one that does not support nor restrict religion. That is exactly the way it must be if there is to be freedom of religion. You see at the time they wrote the constitution there were very much aware of the Church of England and the Vatican being a part of govenment and what sort of problems that this can cause for people of different faiths so in order for faith to be free the government must stay out of religion. It must be secular.

But YOU and your ilk would restrict religion. And, yes, we CAN (and must) take everything in a "religious way" every second of our lives (it's clear you don't have a clue about the nature of genuine Christian faith).
