Yet there are individuals who exercise liberation from dogmatic beliefs and 'superstition'. There are those as well, whose non-dogmatic beliefs and actions appear superstitious.
Can a society be comprised of one?

I agree with CG, initially.
The human condition is an illness donned for now, for fear, perhaps.
You speak of/ point at Uber/ Proto or possibly Supra-human awareness.
Impossible on the societal level.
Imperative on the individual level.
