This probably has less to do with the diet itself but rather with the fact that people who choose to be vegan or vegetarian are showing concern for their diet. Those who don't care are classed omnivores by default and shcew the results. Regardless of what one eats the more attention you pay to your health the higher are the chances you will lead a healthy life. |
