This is the part I always like about public reactions, everyone demands that if you do not act just like they would to important news that you are dishonest. It is an annoyance of mine, because when I here something that disturbs me I tend to show no reaction whatsoever. For me it is a reflexive defense manuever, I do not want to broadcast, I want to be given time to think. I go on exactly as normal and find an excuse to leave early. But I have been basiclly forced to play act a time or two to keep from hurting some idiots feelings that does not know that that is the way I am. i'm with you on this one. i don't usually project my emotions outwards, and many times i have to fake a reaction so that people will believe that i care.
