You said his actions are evil and I'm asking you why is a person who performs evil actions not be defined as evil. Now you've presupposed that X person is innocent of the sin by ignorance or something but if morality is absolute this cannot be the case. The person is either evil or good, if evil deeds are being performed by X person, then logically it follows that X person is evil.
