Stargate was a project which had several people being given coordinates and then they drew what was there. Actually one of the amazing things was that they were right some of the time! And I'm not talking about being right in a 'general' sense, i'm talking about being right 100%. So for example, when they were given the coordinates to a secret soviet base and they drew with 100% accuracy the devices which were in that base. This is called 'controlled remote viewing'. Even the 25% you say is an amazing number. Makes you wonder what is possible.
