That I understand because of you killing the mother that lead to the fetus dieing. Intrigueing, they will charge you with a double homicide, but allow abortions...WTF. I never thought of this, thanks TA, they need to stop double charging murderers. One killing is enough to put his ass to death, IMO. Except in cases of accidents, where a pregnant got hit and they both died. The driver should not be charged with 2 homicides. Just one, IMO.
