As a Christian you should attribute value to the New Testament. Nowhere does it say in the New Testament to hate gay people.

Also Harpist, blacks were excluded from leadership positions as well. Eventually society realized that discriminating based on genetics is the farthest thing from being Christian. Turn the other cheek, mind your own business, and understand that the bible was written by man.
