Mostly we weren't allowed to see the animals other than the small rodents, but on occasion, we saw the alligators, monkeys, apes. And I can tell you, looking in ones eys that was injected with HIV virus or other tests, you can feel the pain they go through. They look to communicate, and several times I was tempted to let the public know they were there. But then, would that stop them?
