Well, that
sounds reasonable. "Who is gonna enforce it" seems to be the question. It would have to be a nation with WMD, huh? Or else a supranational body with armed enforcement agencies. How would that work?
Overall, I'd say Sasha's argument seems more reasonable. Why not just say every nation has a right to decide how to defend themselves? I like Kucinich's idea: A Cabinet level Department of Peace.
