One of the most important rights in the Constitution is our right to pursue happiness. This right has led to America being called "the land of opportunity". Telling a group of people that they are not entitled to their right to pursue happiness simply because one of them is not the correct classification of citizen is both immoral and unconstitutional.<hr size="1" /></blockquote><span class='postcolor'>
